Why seats and workspaces instead of per-query pricing?
Query count is a usage cap on the commodity layer, not a proxy for the value delivered. A cost decision on multi-million-dollar capex isn't worth more because you asked more questions to reach it.
What counts as a workspace?
One cell chemistry, one BOM, or one capex decision — with its own scenario history, saved cost waterfalls, and access controls. Team includes multiple workspaces; Enterprise workspaces are fully tenant-isolated.
Can we start on Team and move to Enterprise later?
Yes. Both run on the same platform — upgrading adds single-tenant deployment, dedicated pricing feeds, and an MSA/SLA without a migration or workflow change.
Is annual billing available?
Team and Enterprise are annual by default. Founding Seat is monthly with a 36-month price lock. Multi-year terms are handled case by case on your demo call.
